The Storytelling Experience, Storytelling for leaders and change managers
Open trainings and workshops for communication professionals, leaders, managers and change consultants in the power of storytelling in organizations.

Strategic communication plans
A major university asked me to train their communication managers in constructing, researching and writing strategic communication plans.

Internal communication
Organizational identity, culture and image – what it is and how it develops. The power of communicating with personnel and stimulating organizational identification.

Internet strategy
Using the e-formula strategy development tool, I trained directors and managers in ten organisations. The accent was on vision development, awareness, strategy and overseeing the consequences of this for the organisation and its future development.

Managing time
Knowledge and skills training of teams, in dealing with pressure, deadlines and managing their time. Reflecting on the roles of individuals in the team and management. I trained a number of teams of two large municipalities and a sizeable group of consultants for a multinational.

Vision in Leadership
Vision development with directors and leaders of many different organisations. In some cases followed by team trainings and vision sessions. Using storytelling methods to form organizational identity. This proved to be an enhancement and caused acceleration in organizational change (see also research)

Customer orientation - CRM
Both open and in-company training students and professionals in thinking, acting and communicating customer orientation. I showed and taught them to translate the consequences of this strategy into communication, marketing and sales processes.

Examiner
For both written and verbal examination for SRM Amsterdam NL in Communication level C, Marketing communication B level and Communication in Public Administration (pre master) C level.
