Management Strategy
NIMO Soesterberg NL Dutch Institute for Management Development This is a highly professional organization involved in project management and consultancy, with a work force comprising a small team of trainer/consultants and a large group of interim trainers. I advised and worked closely with the director and his team on marketing, marketing communication and management strategy. I helped them towards a major organizational change. I researched the market, the internal organisation and wrote strategic marketing and corporate communication plans.

Communication strategy
University of Professional Studies, Utrecht NL, Centre for Communication & Journalism. The Centre is involved in post academic tuition of the Faculty for Communication and Journalism. I worked with the Director and her team of account managers. During my tenure, I established a network with professional bodies, researchers and teacher/consultants in the field of communication. Redesigning open communication courses, training trainers and account management for in company trainings were my major achievements for the organization.

Customer Relationship
Management SRM, Amsterdam, NL, Working as a trainer and examiner for SRM, I was approached to assist in a major organizational change programme. I worked for the best part of a year as senior consultant, responsible for the content of all “e” educations and trainings. Sales, strategy and introduction of corporate universities and in-house academies for blue chip companies, account manager for major customers of this leading marketing and marketing communications company in the Netherlands. Designed a databased marketing and customer relationship management course.

Organizational change
Delta lloyd, Amsterdam, NL Interim marketing manager. Responsible for a staff of 40 and advising senior management on strategy and communications. I was involved in the design of a new department, integrating two marketing and communications departments, involving a total of 60 staff members.

Marketing strategy
KPN Telecom, Den Haag NL, Major & Corporate accounts Project management for a project aimed to enhance data traffic within major and corporate client organizations. Creating a direct marketing approach achieved over 20% response. I managed a multi disciplinary project team and acted as liaison between account management, senior management, marketing and communication departments.
